School Rules

  • Students should carry their diary, identity card & bus pass (if applicable) to school everyday with their photographs duly pasted and the identity information complete/duly signed by the parents.

  • Students who come to school by their own transport should arrive at school before the first bell rings i.e. 07.25 hrs and 07.55 hrs (Pre-Primary).

  • Students should be neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn everyday and for all the school functions. Students who are sloppily dressed or not in the proper uniform will be fined or marked absent for the day. They should wear their identity cards everyday.

  • Non-Sikh boys should get hair cut at regular intervals (once in a week)

  • Students are expected to respect the property of others. They should also show respect for school property and no student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the Class Educator & Principal. Any damage done will be made good by the one who causes it.

  • Students are advised  to keep  their classroom/school building/campus as neat as possible. Throw leftovers into the trash cans (dustbins) only.

  • Lending or borrowing of money and other articles is not permitted in the school.

  • The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is advisable not to bring valuable articles. carrying or using mobile iPod, iPad, Laptops or any audio-video, electronic and communication device is not permitted in the school campus.

  • Use of intoxicants or drugs, except on prescription of a registered medical practitioner, is not permitted. Chewing beetal leaves, gutka, chewing gum etc is not permitted in the school campus.

  • The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action.

  • Parents and guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or educators in the classroom, without the permission of the Principal. As far as possible once a child has come to school he/she should not be asked to go on a half day or take leave from any period.

  • Parents/Guaridans should sign their ward's report card within two days of the receipt of the same & send back to school. Incase of loss of report card a fine of Rs. 100 is to paid for replacement.

  • The observance of rules of discipline of the school and good behavior is an essential condition to a student's continuation in the  school. In case any student violates the school rules or indulges in any form of indiscipline strict action shall be taken against the student.

  • No student will be allowed to go home without written request of parent/guardian and gate pass duly signed by the Principal. In case of medical emergency or any other emergency due to circumstances prior written note from parents/guardian is not required. However, gate pass signed by Principal is mandatory.

  • Students are requested to converse only in English at all time.

  • Girls with short hair must wear blue stretchable cloth band and no hair must be seen on forehead. Girls having medium hair should come in two pony tails and blue rubber band. Girls with long hair should come in two plates with blue rubber band. Hairs should be tied properly so that no hair must be seen on forehead. White ribbon/band with sports uniform.

  • Birthdays will not be celebrated in the school. Students are not allowed to bring cake and expensive gifts for their classmates and educators. However students can distribute chocolates, cookies or cup cakes.

  • There will be no retest if any student is absent in any weekly test. However, during SA1 and SA2 if any student is absent due to medical reason, retest will be held on the scheduled date of retest only.

  • Answer sheets of Evaluation II (SA2) will not be shown. No complain related to examination will be entertained after two days of the announcement of result.

  • Students to submit books and notebooks for correction only on assigned days to the respective educators.

  • Parents are urged to monitor the use of internet especially the social networking sites, if at all used by their ward.

  • Shouting or whistling is not allowed in or around the school campus.

  • Students coming by bicycles must lock their bicycles. They must not ride around in the school compound on bicycles.

  • School appointees and class appointees should wear their respective badges daily.

  • Students must come to school in uniform only.
  • We strictly follow "NO HOMEWORK POLICY" for standards 1 and 2.
